The MKN Griddle-Pan combines the very useful characteristics of an MKN frying plate (uniform SUPRA heating) with the volume (21/33 litres) of a frying pan. The increased discharge diameter (60mm)
guarantees emptying into a drawer pull-out and 1/1 GN container.
