T2 machine (as shown) up to 150 litres of whipped cream an hour. All units refrigerated.
Bakon Cream machines (as shown)with capacities from 5 - 30 litres ideal for whipping of fresh heavy creams, vegetable creams and toppings. The Bakon can also be used for all kinds of mousses, bavaroise and any other kind of ingredients, such as fresh fruit and chocolate drops. All stainless steel with 220/240V electrics.
